Our friends in Great Britain fear dark Satanic forces are behind bizarre incidents that recently took place in Cornwall.

The incidents giving rise to these fears (they are, admittedly, spooky no matter what):

• A headless horse was found beside a cross made of driftwood on the beach. Beside it lay a dead gull. Someone had written “Rest In Peace” in the sand.
• A mare was mutilated. She delivered a dead foal. 

According to the Telegraph, both attacks occurred near the time of the supermoon. 

Satan or not, the people who hurt these animals could be dangerous—it isn’t such a big step from horse to human in the mind of a psycho.
